The bassist of 1980s reggae dance orchestra UB40 has been prohibited from run companies for quadruplet age subsequently a bust-up all over bookkeeping.
Earl Falconer was barred because his ship's company Reflexive Recordings sold £252,980 of assets when it was bankrupt and didn't evenhandedly rive the proceeds with creditors.
The group's job managing director David Charles Christopher Parker and gent director Kontol Lanval Storrod were handed 11-class and four-twelvemonth bans severally.
It is understood deuce other ex-set members were among the creditors.
